Eco Friendly Design

The attractive red-tiled roof is a reflection of traditional Okinawan style, however we have adopted many modern eco-friendly technologies to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Concrete supporting walls are covered with 3 inches of insulation both inside and out. Windows are double-glazed or specially treated to keep out heat and UV. Heat reflecting vertical blinds protect the openings facing the ocean, to keep out excessive heat while preserving ocean views throughout the day. Doors and windows are screened to allow natural breezes to keep the rooms cool.

Living, Dining, Kitchen

Spacious open one-room layout with over 90 m2 (approx. 30 tsubo) of total floor space.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with IH cook top, built-in dishwasher, standard appliances, dishes and utensils.
Lovely Asian-style water hyacinth dining table with glass top (seats 4).
Big, imported sectional sofa for comfortable lounging, in front of a large picture window with beautiful ocean and sunset views.
Living room includes a built-in desk with bookshelves and cable Internet. A great place to work away from the noise and bustle of city life—with a view of the ocean!
Plenty of closets for easy storage.
42” flat screen TV with multi-region DVD player.

Bedroom

The beach house has one bedroom, but can accommodate up to 4 guests using extra hideaway beds placed in the large living room area.
Glass double-pocket doors open into a bedroom that features a large American-style queen sized bed, two nightstand/dressers, lamps and his and her closets. In the morning you can gaze out at the sparkling blue ocean while lounging in bed. (Twin bed configuration optional)

Bath and Vanity

Specially designed bath area features imported marble double vanity with twin mirrors and cabinets, as well as a washer/dryer. The bath and shower area includes a tub with air bubble massage, and a European shower panel with massage jets and rain shower. The bath area also features a glass wall with sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean and garden, and allow access directly from the beach. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off the sand and salt after a swim at the beach.

Patio

Large patio shaded by a covered pergola. Patio furniture with seating for 4.
Gas or charcoal BBQ set is available.
Beach chairs are available.

Beach house guests have full access to the grounds, gardens and beach!

No smoking is allowed in the beach house.
Pets by special arrangement only.
Children are welcome!
Outside guests may access the property by special permission only.
